Founder Lisa Krouse

Lisa Krouse is a highly accomplished leader with extensive experience in the insurance industry and HR community She is currently a Board Member of FCCI Insurance Group, a regional property and casualty insurance company based in Sarasota, Florida, and serving 19 states and the District of Columbia. Lisa served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer for 15 years, overseeing areas of the Company such as corporate social responsibility, corporate communications, human resources, marketing, and facilities management. Known for cultivating a culture of excellence and trust, she also chaired the company’s Ethics Committee and now chairs the Compensation Committee as a Board Member as well as sits on the Risk and Audit and Claims Committees. Before her tenure at FCCI, Lisa held key roles at Zenith Insurance Company and NCCI, where she made significant contributions, including filing and receiving approval for the nationwide change from “workman’s compensation” to “workers’ compensation” in the standard workers compensation policy.

Lisa was named FCCI’s first female board member. A trailblazer for women in leadership, she became NCCI’s first female Officer, having been appointed Vice President and Assistant General Counsel. Her academic credentials are equally impressive, with a B.S. from New York University and a Juris Doctorate from New York Law School, where she made history as its first female student body president.

In addition to her corporate achievements, Lisa is deeply involved in community service and has served on numerous boards, including All Faiths Food Bank, Teen Court, Habitat for Humanity and the Gulf Coast Community Foundation. She was named “HR Professional of the Year” by the Sarasota-Manatee Human Resources Association and has contributed to national conversations on leadership and employee engagement. Lisa is a contributing author of *Teeing Up For Success* and a sought-after speaker, known for her dynamic energy and passion for having a deep appreciation for the moment.
